Steadfast

Firmly Fixed in Place, Immovable

Reflection on Steadfast

A “pile of stones” stands next to this towering tree a reminder of God’s deliverance. Our God is a personal and powerful God, working wonders on behalf of His people. (Joshua 4:9)

This just absolutely left me speechless when the arborist said that this tree stands seven stories high –HOLY number. The number seven appears in Scripture over 700 times bringing forth concepts of completion, perfection, exoneration, healing, and the fulfillment of promises.

This is not coincidence this is providence!

“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, for His steadfast love endures forever. Give thanks to the God of gods, for His steadfast love endures forever. Give thanks to the Lord of lords, for His steadfast love endures forever; to Him who alone does great wonders, for His steadfast love endures forever; to Him who by understanding made the heavens, for His steadfast love endures forever; ...” Psalm 136:1-26

How has God been steadfast in your life? Take to time to give Him Thanks!

Take time to write one word of thanks on a stone for God’s gift of love, mercy, and grace! Place your rock on top of the pillar next to Steadfast

Scripture

“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, for His steadfast love endures forever. Give thanks to the God of gods, for His steadfast love endures forever. Give thanks to the Lord of lords, for His steadfast love endures forever; to Him who alone does great wonders, for His steadfast love endures forever; to Him who by understanding made the heavens, for His steadfast love endures forever; ...”

Psalm 136:1-26
